Design and construction projects do not spontaneously fail.  For decades our senior staff has been involved in the aftermath of projects which, at some point during their execution, “failed.”   These projects often end in a dispute which had a detrimental effect on all of the parties involved in the project. In many instances, the realized risks that caused the problem were preventable.
